P209 (Recycled pr Virgin)

P-209 is a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) specification standard for a crushed aggregate base course used in airport pavement construction, such as for runways, taxiways, and aprons. It consists of a 100% crushed, dense-graded stone or gravel layer placed directly beneath the surface pavement to provide high structural load-bearing strength and drainage.
